During the Homam, Durga Sookta will be chanted. Cooked rice, Ghee, and Special Twigs are used to perform this Homam.

Friday or Tuesday are very auspicious days for performing the Durga Sookta. his Homam is highly recommended for success in life and to avoid bad dreams. It also brings forth a peaceful of Mind and good health.
